What we do
Based within the Midlands Braemar Arboriculture Limited provide a range of Arboricultural services –
Tree Surveys for risk and safety, from a single tree in a back garden to a large estate, we will provide the correct level of inspection to meet your requirements. We have our own inhouse tomography equipment which allows us to assess any defects within the tree, we also carry out our own climbed inspections where required to assess any defects which are not assessable from ground level.
Tree Surveys for homebuyers, where a mortgage company or insurer has requested information relating to trees in proximity to the property. We are highly experienced and qualified in carrying out these surveys.
Tree Surveys for development (BS5837), we regularly with architects, planning consultants and developers where trees are identified in proximity to development projects. From a small home extension to a largescale development, we provide the necessary advice and support for your project.
Landscape design, where clients require landscape plans for development applications or if you wish to make a n open space of land look a little more harmonious we can provide detailed planting schemes which not only meet your expectations but also your budgets.

About us
Our Managing Director Richard Allen is our lead consultant, he has been involved in the forestry and arboricultural industry since 1989. Working in his early career as a forest craftsman with the Forestry Commission he soon progressed to director of a tree surgery company for 18 years where he was the principal consultant. In 2015 he established Braemar Arboriculture Limited, a tree and landscape consultancy practice.
Holding a level 4 in forestry and arboriculture Richard is also a professional member of the Arboricultural Association our industry lead organisation. He delivers several of the Arboricultural Associations technical courses and is also an instructor for the Lantra Basic Tree Survey & Inspection Course.
Drawing upon our experience we provide a range of services from single trees to large infrastructure projects for all clients. Working throughout the Midlands and the wider counties we are always ready to help with your enquiry.
