Tree owners owe a duty of care under the Land Occupiers Liabilities Acts of 1957 as amended in 1984, as land owners with trees you are responsible for maintaining trees in as safe a condition as is reasonably possible. By engaging us we will carry out an initial visual ground-based inspection of your tree or trees to determine the overall condition and any relevant issues relating to safety. 

There may be occasions where further detailed investigation is required which involves climbing trees to inspect specific features or using ultrasound devices to assess possible internal decay, we can help in delivering both an initial and detailed level of inspection to all of our clients no matter how large or small.

Where trees are located in close proximity to property mortgage lenders or insurers will often require a tree survey before releasing a decision on a property.
