Many schools and colleges have trees within their ownership which enhance the setting of their establishments. Regular ongoing assessment of trees will not only help to ensure they are in good condition but are also maintained for future generations to enjoy. 

Tree owners owe a duty of care under the Land Occupiers Liabilities Acts of 1957 as amended in 1984, as land owners with trees you are responsible for maintaining trees in as safe a condition as is reasonably possible.

By engaging us we will carry out an initial visual ground-based inspection of your tree or trees to determine the overall condition and any relevant issues relating to safety. 

There may be occasions where further detailed investigation is required which involves climbing trees to inspect specific features or using ultrasound devices to assess possible internal decay, we can help in delivering both an initial and detailed level of inspection to all of our clients no matter how large or small. 

We will inspect all of your trees and plot them on a site plan along with a written report detailing any necessary works required to procure an acceptable level of risk.
